I was at “WAR PARK” in Little Rock. I tapped into @flowingwithfluid youtube and when I finished that, I grabbed my sound bowls… Then this happened..The random, unplanned, unexpected but predestined experiences and it was so beautiful. These three innocent, curious Black Boys were eager to sit in conversation and play the sound bowls. Our conversation touched on so many aspects of life : energy, sound, light, murder, grief and joy. It was a heart chakra activated moment that will be forever etched in my soul

Spirit-LED Coaching & Consulting exists to help people move through the darkness, through the trauma, through the fire, to their truth and emerge radiant, whole, and alive in purpose and on purpose. We recognize our humanness for what it is and believe every light deserves the conditions to shine. Liberation begins when we remember what’s already within us and the people that we serve.
Why "Spirit-LED"?
Spirit-LED is more than a name; it is a philosophy. Spirit-LED embodies vitality, connection, and the animating force of life. LED represents intentional guidance toward light, clarity, and transformation. Like an LED light, our work channels energy through the challenges (the cathodes) of life, converting struggle into visible radiant light.
SOUL Fact:
An LED light, which stands for Light Emitting Diode, works by passing an electrical current through a semiconductor material, causing electrons to move and emit light when they reach a junction between positively and negatively charged layers within the diode. Essentially, electricity is converted directly into visible light but ONLY when it flows in one direction: from the anode (positive) to the cathode (negative) to light..... HERE OUR STRUGGLE ARE THE CATALYST........

Why I Chose LED and Why you should consider it as well.
I’m a survivor of many things including poverty, colorism, white supremacy, capitalism, cultural assassination, sexual assault, substance use, incarceration, and even myself. I have moved through several things that could’ve killed me however, I am here, shining brightly and radiating. I want to share a little more about why I chose LED.
The science behind how LED lights work speaks directly to my own journey and to the journey of so many other healers, leaders, guiding lights, and spiritual beings who were forged in the fire.
The process of someone emitting or fully activating their light only occurs after they've passed through the cathode : through the negative. We come into this world pure, unscathed, innocent, curious, and righteous. We are embodied anodes; positive . Then life happens. We adjust. We lose ourselves—our hope, our sparkle, our way, our knowing.
But when we make it through to the other side, we come back to ourselves. We have learned so much. We have survived so much. We have been harmed and caused harm. We've made amends with ourselves, our communities, and our Creator.
Our surrender deepens. Mine did because I was stripped to bare bones. All the facades, the false senses of value and worth, the material and corporeal attachments meant nothing. I was alone with myself and the creator. And that LED me toward a journey after my own soul. I was ushered into community and nursed back to life.
It massaged me in places where the tension had gone unnoticed. I began to feel deeper. I began to hear better. My empathy, compassion, understanding, vulnerability, and trust grew as my ego shrunk. This pushed me to learn more, to undress and redress—not to unlearn, but to reteach and remember.
I will never not know who I was, or why my survival skills and need for belonging pushed me to make decisions that disrespected my core values. But I’ve learned to listen more, trust more, let go more and do something different even when it is uncomfortable. Still, the only thing I do perfectly is try.
My light. The light. Our light. Your light.
I can see it. I can sense it even when you can’t. On the darkest days, when the clouds aren’t budging, I look for it. I go beyond the surface. I bypass the armor of protection. I connect with the broken, the confused, and the unsure because I am her.
Not I was, but I am.
And daily, I choose to pull her through the diode—to emit the light.
It’s a choice.
A choice followed by several actions.
